The Friday
morning market near Venice Beach comes and goes quickly.
The farmers are on their way home by 11 a.m.

|
|
It's a great little market -- little by
the standards of the nearby Wednesday and Saturday Santa
Monica markets on Arizona. |

What I Bought:
|

(from
left) Fuerte,
Hass, Bacon and McArthur Avocados on Venice Beach
|
| The
Venice farmers market is just four or five
blocks from the beach. I don't have much time,
since I've got a sushi party to prepare for, and
work to do before I depart for the Navajo Churro
Sheep Show tonight.

through on both counts, with some creamy
avocados and a selection of crunchy and spicy
sprouts
